What if I’m busy?
Restore is designed for real life. The work focuses on consistency, not perfection, and the weekly structure helps you know exactly what matters most without adding unnecessary tasks.

Is this faith-based?
Restore is faith-respecting and rooted in stewardship, not pressure. You will never be shamed or asked to spiritualize food or body size.

Do I have to give up certain foods?
No. This is not a restriction-based program. You’ll learn how to nourish your body without rigid rules.
